"I hope that the posters will encourage people to call," said Raines via telephone. "Maybe we will get more on-line buyers this year." Recently the NGA auction was streamed live on the internet with hopes of increasing sales. This is the first year that buyers will be able to purchase greyhounds online.
There have been a few inquiries on track and there will be a few new faces at this year’s event. The programs and results of the races will be online at the NGA site, as well as the video replays. The auction will be held Friday April 22 and Saturday April 23. More details available on the NGA site.
