NGA News - SE's Tali Aspen, main-stake winner and top sale ($35,000) at the Spring Meet, won her fourth straight race in typically impressive fashion at Tri-State Saturday afternoon.
Tali Aspen, who was sold by Penny Wick and Steve Ward to Terry Scott at the April sale in Abilene, broke well from the 3 box and was never headed. She led by 2 at the first turn, 8 at the far turn and 13 1/2 at the wire. Her winning time was 30-flat--matching the two winning times she had at the NGA Meet in winning her November Main Stake.
Racing for the Tomblin Kennel, SE's Tali Aspen is now four-for-four, her total winning margin in those races at 38 1/2 lengths. Her average winning margin is more than 9 1/2 lengths.
