NGA News - Two more auction pups win Grade C races Wednesday

NGA News -  Another pair of auction pups from the NGA Spring Meet captured wins in their Grade C races on Wednesday.

Green Smith's KB's Camden, purchased for $19,000 from Ken Biehle in April in Abilene, won a close one (by a head), coming just off the pace, in the eighth race at Bluffs Run for Red Rock Kennel on Wednesday afternoon. The win boosted the record of the son of Team Record*-BI's Hunter to 3-0-0 in 4 outings. Winning time for Camden (who ran fourth in the October 2 main-stake final at the Spring Meet) was 30.87.

Kells Outlaw, a $16,000 sale in Abilene and also a fourth-place finisher in a main-stake final, easily captured his Grade C event at Tri-State Wednesday night. The win pushed the son of Atascocita Leroy-Too Late's record to 2-1-2 in 5 starts.

Outlaw was a John Dalton-sale at the meet, going to Terry Scott, who also purchased the Meet's top sale, SE's Tali Aspen ($35,000--and now in AA). Kells Outlaw, whose sister Kells Neon Flash won her Grade C race at Palm Beach on Tuesday, races for the Tomblin Kennel.
