PALM BEACH KENNEL CLUB ROUND 3 $20,000 DICK ANDREWS FUTURITY SATURDAY AFTERNOON, DECEMBER 15!

RANGER TRENT, O YA BILLY BOB AND CT HEARTBREAKER LEAD CONTENDERS IN ROUND 3 OF PALM BEACH KENNEL CLUB’S $20,000 DICK ANDREWS FUTURITY SATURDAY AFTERNOON, DECEMBER 15!


West Palm Beach, Fl. - Qualifying for Palm Beach Kennel Club’s $20,000 Dick Andrews Futurity continues with third-round action Saturday afternoon, December 15.

After two rounds and 10 qualifying races, only three Greyhounds will have the opportunity to enter the sweet 16 with unblemished records.

Rader Racing Kennel’s triple-threat trio of Ranger Trent (Trent Lee - Magic Rock, Race 8), O Ya Billy Bob (Dodgem By Design - O Ya Cranberry, Race 14) and CT Heartbreaker (Lonesome Cry - Another Breeze, Race 15) will all attempt to make it three-consecutive qualifying victories.

The pre-championship favorite, O Ya Billy Bob, will be going for his seventh-consecutive victory and seventh-consecutive sub-30 second race time.

Wednesday afternoon qualifiers will be held in races 8, 10, 12, 14 and 15.

The top 16 point earners following round three, will advance to the Futurity semifinals slated for Wednesday afternoon, December 19.

The $20,000 Dick Andrews Futurity championship final will be contested Wednesday afternoon, December 26.

Post time for the first race Saturday afternoon is 1:00 p.m. with gates opening at 11:30 a.m.

The Futurity is named in honor of former PBKC kennel operator, humanitarian and 2004 inductee to the Greyhound Hall of Fame Dick Andrews.
