Another terrific month by Slatex Emerald highlighted the Harlan Brothers Kennel’s performance in July at Bluffs Run.

Slatex Emerald topped all of the greyhounds in July with five wins and a third in six starts. That helped the Harlan Brothers pound out 40 wins to lead all of the kennels.
Also helping Harlan was Slatex Topaz, a littermate of Slatex Emerald, who finished July with a 6-3-3-0 record.

Slatex Emerald has been on the first page of the leader board the past four months and leads Bluffs Run for the year with a 32-22-4-2 mark. Slatex Topaz is second with a 31-20-3-5 record. A half-brother, out of Kiowa Sweet Trey, Slatex Kayser, is also on the win board with a 32-14-5-4 mark.
